Unitarian Universalists were strive to overcome prejudice, bigotry and intolerance.
But sometimes that is easier to say than to do. Are we at New Hope truly welcoming
to everyone who wishes to be a part of our faith community? Please join us for
a candid look at what a "welcoming congregation" is all about. -

Hope welcomes Mr. Terence Madden back to our pulpit. He will present a sermon
on two of the most important figures in the history of American secularist dissent,

SERVICE OF APPRECIATION During
this service we will celebrate the Unitarian Universalist ceremony of "Flower
Communion." In addition, the children of religious education will be recognized
and will be given the opportunity to say "thank you" to the many adults
who assisted in our RE program this year. (An old-fashioned Ice Cream Social will
follow the service)

LAST LECTURE" Randy
Pausch, a professor at Carnegie Mellon University, is dying. In his "last
lecture" at the University, he delivered a powerful talk entitled "Really
Achieving Your Childhood Dreams" - and it wasn't about dying. It was about
living. Please join us as we discover Dr. Pausch's message of hope. There
will be two services in July - July 13 and July 27
